My first novel, The Execution of Noa P. Singleton (Crown/Random House) was the Amazon Best Debut of the Month and also an Amazon Best Book of the Year, Kansas City Star Best Book of the Year, a Target Emerging Writers Selection, Oprah Ten Books To Pick Up Now, and has been optioned for film by ImageMovers Production Company (Robert Zemeckis).
